Free Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting Lulla Jewellery Boutique online store. We hope you have found something you love!

Once you place an order online, you will receive an email confirmation with the details. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If an item is backordered, you will be notified by email within 48 hours about the processing time, or you can choose to receive a refund.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Please note that our processing and shipping timelines are estimates. Delays may occur during sale periods or Canadian holidays.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has shipped. Please ensure your shipping details and personal information are accurate at checkout, as we cannot re-route packages once they have been shipped.

All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada, to destinations within Canada and the USA. For international shipping inquiries, please email us at info@lulla.ca, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please email us immediately at info@lulla.ca and indicate that the item was damaged upon receipt.

Canadian Payment & Taxes

For shipments within Canada, the applicable provincial tax rate will be charged based on the destination of the package.

USA Payment, Taxes & Duties

Prices on our US site reflect the current daily US exchange rate, so they may fluctuate.

For shipments to the United States and internationally, additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the recipient's responsibility. Lulla Jewellery Boutique does not control these fees and cannot waive or refund them. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
