30-Day Return Policy

Our commitment to you extends beyond delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly refund the purchase price, provided:

  • Within 30 days of purchase, or within 30 days of delivery in the case of online orders.
  • The item(s) is in As New Condition and accompanied by:
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Original packaging and original product tags attached.
  • All paperwork, such as certificates.

“As New Condition” means that the item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of 'As New Condition' is at the sole discretion of Lulla Jewellery Boutique.

Non-eligible Products for Return

  • Items without a proof of purchase.
  • Orders outside of our 30-Day Return Policy.
  • Resized or modified items.
  • Engraved and personalized fine jewelleries.
  • Previously exchanged items.
  • Custom designed jewelleries.
  • Final Sale items.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us first by sending an email to info@lulla.ca. You will need to provide your order number, contact details and reason for return. Returns shipped without authorization or that do not comply with our return instructions may be refused by Lulla Jewellery Boutique.

If you return your items via shipping:

  • All shipping return charges must be prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • You are responsible for the item until it is delivered to us. We recommend insuring returned items against loss and damage.
  • We will not refund or reimburse any costs incurred by you to return the items to us, including any shipping or insurance charges.
  • Include a copy of your shipping or order confirmation email in the package and ship the return package to:

Upon receiving your return, our Quality Assurance team inspects your item(s) to ensure they are in As New Condition and include all promotional gifts with purchase before issuing a refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be made in the same form as the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If the original method of payment is not available, an exchange or store credit will be issued.

For all online returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund and is non-refundable.

Comparative Purchasing

Comparative purchasing involves buying multiple products with the intention of keeping one and returning the rest. To uphold the quality of our products and maintain competitive pricing, we do not permit comparative purchasing. Orders suspected of being comparative may be blocked from shipping or returning.
